Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations or rescheduling with at least 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service may apply. • No-shows: A fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service may apply. For appointments paid in advance, any applicable cancellation or no-show fee may be deducted from the amount paid. For appointments not paid in advance, any applicable fee must be paid before a future appointment can be booked. We understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen, and exceptions may be made at management’s discretion.
